Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Sales development representatives detect, map, and qualify potential customers. In this process, representatives are the first to contact prospects or respond to incoming inquiries to determine if such a customer is a prospect. The purpose of screening is to direct the company’s resources exclusively to relevant customers, requiring excellent communication skills and confidence. This is an entry position into the tech field, allowing further development in many directions related to the business side of this industry.

Business Development Representative (BDR)

Business Development comprises various objectives, such as sales growth, and successful business development affects every company department. The role of business development managers is necessary and critical for the organization since business development is a multidisciplinary set of activities that facilitates the company’s growth. It also serves as an excellent junior position that allows entry into the tech industry.
